From today (Wednesday 29th July) everyone who enters our church hall complex must sign in. Sheets are located at the Crosslink and Bell Room entrances.
However, please note that under guidance from the Presbyterian Church in Ireland the church halls are closed to all activities other than what are deemed essential or key tasks.
Permission to use the church halls must be granted by Kirk Session, via our Clerk of Session, Niall McConkey. No meetings can take place without Kirk Session knowledge.
For your safety, and the safety of other users, you must sanitise all rooms used (including bathrooms). This is because our caretaker is still furloughed. Disinfectant spray and blue roll are available in the Crosslink.
The following are times that no one except volunteers for the activities listed should be in the building:
- Pick up a Picnic, Tuesdays 9am-1pm
- Foodbank, Thursdays 11.30am-5pm
Advance notice that halls are completely out of bounds on Monday 10th and Tuesday 11th August for Blood Donation Sessions.
