Praise God for His love, gifts, concern and blessings – pray that we take none of these for granted.
Pray for those who have been bereaved, suffered illness or are lonely and suffering in silence – pray that God strengthens them each day.
Pray that Session will be enthused, encouraged, empowered and enabled as they progress all that is required concerning the vacancy; pray that practical arrangements will be facilitated and that God’s will and desire may come to fruition.
Pray for our congregation, community and country over the coming weeks as days shorten, nights lengthen, weather worsens and moods deepen.
Pray for our congregation as it faces many challenges – our vacancy, inability to fully meet together meaning limited numbers and few people carrying many responsibilities. Give thanks, however, for the opportunities presented to reach out to others.
Praise God and be content in all circumstances!
